Following the success of its new taqueria at Arcade Covent Garden, Pablo’s Taqueria has officially launched across all three Arcade locations, with new openings at Arcade Battersea Power Station and Arcade Tottenham Court Road.
Renowned for its bold, flavour-packed Mexico City inspired street food, Pablo’s has become a favourite for its freshly made tacos, vibrant salsas and authentic approach to Mexican cooking. A taqueria rooted in the streets of Mexico City, al pastor off the trompo, suadero on the plancha, salsas made fresh every morning, served in the cool of London’s food scene, with a twist of California ease.
Every dish starts with provenance. Pablo’s tortillas are made from Masafina ‘Conico’ heirloom corn, ground fresh each morning in London using volcanic millstones from Mexico.

The pork comes from Paddock Farm’s Tamworth breed, reared with a single aim: to produce the best pork without compromise. The farm was built around these native pigs, whose high degree of marbling – comparable to good beef – brings an extraordinary depth of flavour and succulence to every bite. Beef is 35-day dry-aged from native breeds, and every salsa is made fresh daily on site.
Guests can expect signature dishes including the Cochinita Pibil, Achiote citrus braised pork, pickled red onion, coriander; and the Pescado – Masa battered fish, salsa macha mayo, lettuce, pico de gallo. Alongside these hero dishes sits Pablo’s full selection of tacos, sides and salsas, all crafted using quality ingredients and inspired by the vibrant flavours of Mexico.

Diners can now enjoy the brand’s signature menu at every Arcade destination, bringing its celebrated tacos to even more Londoners. The expansion marks another milestone for both Pablo’s Taqueria and Arcade, reinforcing Arcade’s reputation as home to some of the capital’s most exciting independent food brands.
