This August DoubleTree by Hilton London-Victoria is to launch Scoops by the Sea: An Ice cream Afternoon Tea for kids and grown ups alike. The limited-time seasonal experience is served at the hotel’s contemporary Terminus Kitchen & Bar. Located nearby London’s top tourist attractions, West End theatres and Victoria Station it is perfectly positioned for families exploring the city this summer.

The kids-sized afternoon tea features ice cream (or sorbet) based and seaside inspired treats including:

• Mini ice cream buckets and cones in a choice of classic flavours such as Raspberry Ripple, Vanilla clotted cream and Chocolate. 
• Nautical shaped dessert finger sandwiches in  flavours such as Strawberry & Cream, Chocolate & Hazelnut spread and Banana, and Peanut Butter & Jelly.
• A build your own ice cream sandcastle plate which invites kids to build their own beachside masterpiece with sweet sandy crumbs, sauces and crunchy treasures
• Kids teapots filled with ‘Apple Juice Tea’ or upgrade to a mocktail 

An ice cream afternoon tea is also available for grown ups who want to join in the seaside themed fun. The adult afternoon tea features fried ice cream, seaside sandwiches and their own sandcastle plate, alongside items from Terminus’s traditional afternoon tea offering.
