Marriott Hotels has completed a multi-million renovation of Marriott Marble Arch, marking a significant investment in one of the brand’s key London properties and reinforcing its commitment to enhancing the guest experience across major gateway destinations.
The extensive refurbishment encompasses all 247 guestrooms alongside the hotel’s lobby, event facilities, Executive Lounge and fitness centre, repositioning the property for the evolving needs of leisure and business travellers. The hotel is also home to its own restaurant and bar, a British gastropub and restaurant serving locally sourced, seasonal dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner to hotel guests and local visitors.
Located in the heart of Marylebone, moments from Marble Arch, Hyde Park and Oxford Street, the property benefits from a strategically connected Central London location, with convenient access to the city’s principal shopping, entertainment and business districts. An on-site underground car park provides added convenience for guests arriving by car, while Paddington Station offers connections across the capital and direct access to Heathrow Airport via the Elizabeth Line and Heathrow Express.
The investment strengthens Marriott Hotels’ presence in a key gateway market while enhancing the property’s ability to serve a broad mix of domestic and international leisure, corporate and group demand. The renovation introduces a new Executive City View category, alongside completely redesigned guestrooms featuring contemporary interiors, modern bathrooms, upgraded technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs and Marriott signature bedding.

The transformation has also delivered a fully reimagined arrival experience, enhanced public areas and a refurbished Executive Lounge, supporting the hotel’s premium accommodation offering and strengthening its position within the competitive central London hospitality market.
Designed by award-winning interior design practice Trevillion, the renovation was inspired by the concept of “One location with so many destinations”, using the hotel’s position between Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Marylebone as the foundation for the design narrative. Public spaces have been reconfigured to offer greater flexibility, with dedicated areas supporting work, relaxation and social interaction throughout the day.
The renovation also includes new meeting and event facilities, further strengthening its appeal to corporate travellers and event organisers seeking modern facilities in a prime Central London location. The hotel’s enhanced meetings and events offering comprises six flexible meeting rooms across 247sqm of event space, all benefiting from natural daylight and supported by a dedicated meetings and Executive Lounge floor. Accommodating up to 150 guests, the enhanced spaces feature state-of-the-art AV technology, high-speed Wi-Fi, natural daylight, bespoke catering options and support from a dedicated event planning team.

Sean Kelly, General Manager of Marriott Marble Arch, said:
“This multi-million investment represents a significant milestone for Marriott Marble Arch and demonstrates our confidence in the strength of London’s hospitality market. The comprehensive transformation enhances every aspect of the guest journey while ensuring the hotel is well positioned to meet growing demand from both domestic and international travellers. We are proud to unveil a hotel that reflects the evolving expectations of today’s guests and Marriott Hotels’ commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.”
The reopening marks an important new chapter for Marriott Marble Arch, combining modern design, upgraded amenities and greater flexibility across the guest experience. Further enhancements include a newly refurbished 24-hour fitness centre featuring state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, while a new wellness studio will offer classes from yoga to personal training sessions.
With the renovation now complete, the hotel’s extensive refurbishment enhances the competitiveness across both business and leisure segments while combining a connected Central London location with the trusted hospitality expected of a Marriott Hotel.
